By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ShotBin.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ShotBin. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of any images, videos, or other content you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload
• Ensuring you have the right to record or capture what you upload
• Any shared links you distribute

We do not monitor or endorse User Content.

5. Shared Links & Collaboration

ShotBin allows you to generate shareable links.

You acknowledge that:

• Anyone with a valid link may be able to view the content
• You are responsible for managing who you share links with
• Revoked or deleted content will no longer be accessible

We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by link sharing.

6. Storage & Retention

Uploaded content may be subject to:

• Storage limits based on your plan
• Automatic deletion if limits are exceeded or accounts are inactive

We do not guarantee permanent storage unless explicitly stated in your plan.

7. Paid Plans & Billing (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in downgraded features or account suspension.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep ShotBin available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Update the Service

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or feature changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All ShotBin branding, software, UI, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using ShotBin at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your use creates legal or security risks
• Required by law

Upon termination, your access to stored content may be removed.

11. Disclaimer

ShotBin is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or reliability of the Service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data integrity or uninterrupted access

Use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShotBin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or business
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any).

13. Privacy

Your use of ShotBin is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we handle personal data.
